When I’m not helping clients achieve their health goals, you can usually find me spending time with my friends and family, including my energetic puppy, Elle. I believe in a well-rounded life—balancing work, wellness, and a little bit of fun. Outside of my passion for nutrition, I’m always exploring new ways to stay active through workout classes and spending time at the golf course.
